Liebelt House is a self-contained Bed & Breakfast set on 69 acres of rural farming land. This house has seen 6 generations live within its walls and is steeped in history. With the original family furniture, a stay at Liebelt House is like a step back in time but with the modern conveniences of today including air conditioning. Surrounded by original antique furniture, enjoy the warmth of the open log fire, the romance of the four poster bed with drapes and generous provisions for a country breakfast. Liebelt House, a 2 bedroom cottage will comfortably cater for up to 4 people or a family. The main bedroom has an open fireplace and a queen size four poster bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds or 1 queen. The kitchen is fully equipped and provisions for a full cooked breakfast is provided for you to prepare at your leisure. An open fireplace is the feature of the lounge room along with the piano and family memorabilia. All linen is provided including fluffy bathrobes. A widescreen TV along with DVD/VHS/CD is provided also for your enjoyment. BBQ and laundry facilities are there too. Liebelt House is the ideal venue for a family get away with cot/highchair/nighlights etc. Take a walk out into the paddock, feed your food scraps to the farm animals, sit on the rocking chair, soak in the ambience of the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the daily visits from the chickens and farm cat. Liebelt House has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a 4 posted queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a second queen bed if requested. There is an open fire in the loungeroom for relaxation on winter evenings. The kitchen retains its old world country charm and has everything you need to cook your own breakfasts.

Getting There:

Liebelt House is on Junction Road between Balhannah and Littlehampton. Coming from Adelaide turn off the South Eastern Freeway into Littlehampton. In the township, turn left into Junction Road and Liebelt House is 1.5 kilometres on the right. Coming from Balhannah, turn off the Main Road into Junction Road and Liebelt House is about 0.5 kilometres on the left after the second railway crossing.
