Description:

Tiers View offers charmingly comfortable hosted accommodation in beautiful new, air conditioned ensuite rooms (under-floor heating in winter)Pure Essense accessories, fluffy towels and with all new facilities and spectacular views of the front paddocks and ranges or garden courtyard. Relax in the private guest sitting room with wood burner and under-floor heating in winter. Enjoy original Australian landscape artwork by local artist Richard Rogers. Homemade jams/marmalades/preserves and croissants. Nick's homemade bread and eggs from our own hens. Cluck cluck ! Filtered rainwater.

Tiers View is set into an escarpment with panoramic views of the Ranges and a huge sky. Set in 21 eco- friendly walkable acres with many magnificent ancient red-gums, remnant forest and a 2-acre pine forest full of birds, a native garden, an "English" garden with camellia, roses and lavender in season and thousands of agapanthus in December/January. Peaceful and serene with abundant birds, wildlife, and lambs in Spring. It is possible to help us in the paddocks ! Oh - nearly forgot the 2 farm dams with yabbies. Perfect views of the night sky. No traffic - no street lighting - wake up to birdsong !

An architecturally designed interestingly different lodge, the new bed and breakfast accommodation has been rigorously designed and built during 2007/08. Your hosts, Mo and Nick, have exacting qualifications and have hosted safe and secure bed and breakfast accommodation since the mid 90's. They will make your stay at Tiers View in the Adelaide Hills a very positive experience. Why the name Tiers View? Named as a compliment to the early settlers who viewed the Hills as "tiers". Well Archie likes it anyway !
