The Woodman's Cottage, in a bushland setting between Balhannah and Littlehampton, is just for one lucky couple. Relax in the two person spa with views into you own private courtyard garden The famous Adelaide Hills wineries of Shaw & Smith and Nepenthe are just down the road so grab a bottle of the best cold climate wines and return to you cottage to enjoy the seasons of the romantic Adelaide Hills. The majestic four poster bed is in an elevated position with views out through the little cottage windows to the extensive cottage gardens and gum trees outside. Snuggle up in front of the open wood fire, watch the flicker of flame and the smoke gently drifting up the rustic stone chimney, select a book from the extensive collection. This is a grand lifestyle!

* Cancellations:

Strict cancellation policies apply. Any cancellation will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified more than 28 days and less then 14 days prior to the booking may receive a refund once a replacement booking of equal or greater value is secured. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full payment. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Getting There:

The Woodmans Cottage is on Junction Road between Balhannah and Littlehampton. Coming from Adelaide turn off the South Eastern Freeway into Littlehampton. In the township, turn left into Junction Road and The Woodmans Cottage is 2 kilometres on the right, immediately before the railway crossing. Coming from Balhannah, turn off the Main Road into Junction Road and The Woodmans Cottage is on the left immediately after the second railway crossing.

Cleanliness		Overall a fantastic BnB with great facilities and in a beautiful location. The BnB was well stocked with little treats.. chocolates, port & sherry and enough wood to keep the fire going strong for our two night stay. The warm loafs of bread in the mornings were also a welcome treat. I would of liked to have been able to open the windows though - just to get a bit of fresh air in through the night - as it did get a little stuffy for me. Cleanliness		We really enjoyed the luxurious cottage and peaceful gardens with the bird feeder just outside the front door. It was a blessing to have the privacy that we needed after a hectic year. Cleanliness		This is a truly fantastic B & B. The open-plan layout gives the cottage a very cosy and private feel. The hosts provided everything we could have hoped for - the fresh, homemade bread in the morning was a real highlight. Cleanliness		A wonderful experience in a unique BNB. It was purpose-built for relaxation, special memories and pampering. Of particular note was the ability to drift off to sleep while still experiencing the flicker and crackle of the open fire.
